The autumn school holidays, from October 30th to November 5th, is time to get together. Getting comfy. Bring candles and slippers. Get yourself and the kids a getaway. Some good time with your family. Restaurant Solviken is open. And then there’s that thing, Halloween…

If you want an extra-scary holiday, there’s the Halloweekend; our deal with a Halloweenified apartment, or a kit to make your own caravan or camper van a little bit more creepy. There’s also a pumpkin workshop, a torch-lit ghost walk and all manner of scary things.
There are few things you can't get to much of. Halloween is one of them! This year we do it twice. Two weekends!

THRILL & CHILL
OCTOBER 25 - NOVEMBER 3
Arrgh, not only do we have ghosts, spirits, and departed circus directors during the autumn break and Halloweekend, but now it seems that a lot of strange things are happening in town after some experiment went wrong. Yikes! Time to brace yourself, counter it with plenty of coziness, and snuggle up with the family. Between October 25 and November 3, it's Spook and Cozy time in Varberg. The fortress is illuminated, and the truly brave take a light walk around the city's streets and parks – but it's certainly at their own risk.
